Thank you for shopping at Capital Elements 2. Our policy provides 30 days for you to inspect the product you've ordered. After 30 days have expired, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
(A) REFUND POLICY ON RETURNS
To Begin Returns Process:
If the product is defective or the final product is manufacturer different than the design displayed on the website, follow these (4) steps - we're here to help. Note, under these conditions, most refund requests are settled within 30 days of receiving the product.
1 - Within 30 days, contact Capital Elements 2 with details regarding your return request: email support@capitalelements2.com, prepare to return in original packaging in same condition as originally purchased (new/used)
2 - Our Customer Service agent will open a tracking ticket. Keep ticket open until issue is resolved.
3 - Researching your request then email notification of approval/ disapproval
4 - Upon approval, the refund will be credited to the original charging unit.
It is our goal to reach mutual satisfaction on every order.
(B) REFUND ELIGIBILITY

1. Prepare to return product in original packaging and in same condition as originally purchased (new/used)
2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. [This will delay the refund and/or may have your product mistaken by the manufacturer and lost]
(C) DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
(D) REFUND EXEMPTIONS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items
(E) PARTIAL REFUNDS
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS or cassette tape, software, video game, or vinyl records
(F) MONETARY REFUNDS
1. You will receive email notification from support@capitalelements2.com that your item was received by Capital Elements 2
2. After product is inspected you will be notified of approval or rejection of refund
3. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied back to your original method of payment
(G) LATE or MISSING REFUNDS to FIDUCIARY
1. Confirmation email will be sent notifying you that the refund was officially posted. If you don't receive the refund, we request you
a) recheck your bank account,
b) recheck your credit card company
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your fiduciary. Please contact us if your fiduciary can not find the refund.
(H) SALES ITEM (if applicable)
Sale items meeting all refund criteria will be refunded at the original price paid.
(I) SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping item will be deducted from your refund. If you request, you can receive a coupon for the cost of the shipping return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend at you consider shipping insurance If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
(J) DISPUTES
We don't expect you to have a dispute, however if you do, we will continue to work the issue until the dispute is completed resolved. Open a dispute email when you contact our customer service team and reference the refund request ticket number.
